In following along with competitors policy, we have instituted a “12-hour policy” for submitting tracking numbers on items with an unexpected retailer price drop. If the retailer drops the sale price on any item we are buying, you will have 12-hours from the first identified price drop to submit tracking numbers and receive the previously agreed-upon purchase price. After the 12-hour cutoff, all new tracking numbers submitted will receive a revised price to be determined and communicated as soon as possible, or may be rejected, at our discretion. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase before processing payment for tracking numbers received within the 12-hour window, in an effort to discourage buyers from placing new orders at the lower price and requesting a higher payment.
